REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration through bank deposit or electronic transfer will only be valid once payment has been confirmed and written notification has been received from the organizing committee, along with the registration number.
Payments must be made by deposit to Santander bank account 9200156147-4 or by electronic transfer to CLABE 014180920015614749, in the name of Sociedad Afiliada México, A.C.

The last day for advance registration is April 24, 2026. After that date, registration can be made directly at the Yucatán International Congress Center on May 1, 2026, subject to availability. It is recommended that you check availability before arriving by writing to info@montessoricongress2026.org.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be requested in writing to the official Congress email address (info@montessoricongress2026.org).
Cancellations made before April 24, 2026, will incur a 50% administrative fee. The remaining refund will be issued after the Congress.
Cancellations made after April 24, 2026, will be non-refundable.
Name changes on badges or certificates will incur a fee of $300.00 MXN.
Uncancelled registrations and non-attendance at the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire amount paid.
Amounts paid for the Opening Cocktail and/or Special Dinner are non-refundable, either in part or in full, for any reason.
If you wish to purchase admission to the Opening Cocktail or Special Dinner after purchasing your ticket, please contact info@montessoricongress2026.org to check availability and individual costs.
EXCLUSIVE EVENTS
The Opening Cocktail and Special Dinner require advance registration and have limited seating.
Simultaneous workshops will also have online registration and limited seating.
USE OF RECORDING DEVICES
Audio or video recording of the conferences is strictly prohibited. Any cameras or recorders found in the rooms will be removed by security and returned at the end of the event.
EVENT DETAILS
Registration includes access to keynote lectures, workshops, coffee breaks, two days of lunch, cultural activities at the venue, and socializing spaces. The Opening Cocktail and Special Dinner have an additional cost.
The Congress will be held from May 1 to 4, 2026, at the Yucatán International Congress Center, in Mérida, Mexico.
Children will not be allowed to attend Congress activities.
PROMOTIONS
Participants from and living in Mexico and Latin American countries can receive a 10% discount on their registration. To request this benefit, please send an email to info@montessoricongress2026.org with a valid official ID and a proof of residence.
For 10 registrations or more paid by the same school, a special discount may be applied. For more information, please contact info@montessoricongress2026.org.
Both promotions deadline is on December 31, 2025.
EXCLUSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The products, services, or materials promoted by exhibitors, sponsors, or stands are the sole responsibility of those offering them and do not necessarily represent the vision or values of the Congress, the Association Montessori Internationale or Montessori México.
The content and opinions shared by the speakers are the sole responsibility of each speaker.
IMAGE RIGHTS
By participating in the Congress, you authorize the use of your image in photographs, recordings, and other audiovisual materials for promotional and archival purposes.
FORCE MAJEURE
The organization reserves the right to make changes to the program or cancel the event in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, an effort will be made to reschedule the event or offer appropriate solutions to registered participants.
